Carol Dannelly O’Kelley
Founder
Carol is a global marketing executive and strategic advisor with significant experience leading all aspects of global marketing and demand generations. She works with investors, boards and executive teams to develop go-to-market strategies that drive growth, increase brand value and optimize investments.
A serial CMO, Carol’s specialty is value creation, often joining companies during transitional periods, such as transactional readiness, expansion, or post-acquisition integration. She quickly assesses market opportunities and organizational gaps, builds experienced teams, and implements scalable processes that drive demand and build pipeline. She’s worked across many business formats – from public to private equity to venture capital backed companies– and has a sustained track record for successful transactions, including fundraising, an IPO, strategic exits, a take-private, and numerous acquisitions. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University, where she competed as a varsity swimmer. Carol has served as an advisor to the Connolly Center for Entrepreneurship and on the Board of Advisors for the Williams School of Commerce, Economics & Politics, and received the University’s Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2016.
Carol lives in Atlanta with her husband, and they have two children. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Atlanta and the National Charity League.
